Meet Ellen Baker, founder of The Ellen Baker Team with Realty ONE Group in Surprise, Arizona. With over forty-five years of experience in real estate, Ellen has proudly helped countless individuals and families buy and sell homes with confidence and care. Ellen is a licensed REALTOR® in Arizona, as well as Indiana and Michigan. Her career highlights include earning the GRI designation and being a recipient of the WeSERV Presidents’ Roundtable Award.

From a young age, Ellen knew real estate was her calling. It was her first choice as a profession, and her dedication to both the industry and her clients is reflected in decades of trusted service and success. As Ellen often shares, “I am not just your REALTOR; I am your family REALTOR.” She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ lives and goals, helping them connect not just to a home, but to a community that fits their needs—schools, sports, shopping, churches, and lifestyle. Ellen is equally mindful of financial balance, ensuring her clients feel comfortable and secure long after closing. Building meaningful relationships and helping clients achieve their dreams has always been at the heart of her work.

Ellen is passionate about giving back and is actively involved with the National Eating Disorder Organization, Valley Big Brothers Big Sisters, and her church, where she leads a recovery group. She has been married for forty-four years, and her husband Jim is her number one supporter. Together, they have two daughters and six grandchildren. In their free time, they enjoy horseback riding, hiking, traveling, wine tasting, and entertaining—often featuring Jim’s well-known culinary talents.
